I’ve asked, but often felt unheard,
For health, joy, and a few rewards.
God, why does it take so long?
Where can I go when hopes go wrong?
******************************************
They say it’s all God’s plan,
That someday, I’ll understand.
But I feel lost and question why,
Why can’t life be simplified?
******************************************
I wished for answers, clear and bright,
Yet God seemed silent, out of sight.
Then a moment came, a shift in view,
I saw blessings, old and new.
******************************************
I realised I have so much,
And for that, I’m deeply touched.
Life’s precious, I won’t delay,
I’ll cherish every single day.
