GHOST WRITING

Turn Your Experience Into a Book. Turn Your Book Into Authority.

You have spent years building something that most people can only talk about.

You have made difficult decisions without having all the answers. You’ve survived market shifts, taken risks, built teams, lost deals, found opportunities, made mistakes, recovered from them and learned things that cannot be found in a business-school textbook.

That knowledge is valuable. But if it lives only inside your head, its reach is limited.

A book changes that.

A well-conceived business book can become more than something sitting on a bookshelf. It can become a long-term authority asset for you and your business.

It can help you:

  • Establish authority around the ideas and principles you know best.
  • Differentiate yourself in a crowded industry.
  • Build trust before the first conversation with a potential client, investor or partner.
  • Open doors to speaking engagements, interviews and industry conversations.
  • Give your sales and marketing teams a powerful credibility tool.
  • Strengthen your personal and professional brand.
  • Create a lasting record of the philosophy and experience behind your success.
  • Pass your knowledge to the next generation of leaders.

The goal isn’t simply to put your name on a book.

The goal is to make your book say something worth remembering.

A Book Can Keep Working When You Aren’t in the Room

You may spend an hour with a potential client explaining your philosophy, 30 minutes convincing an investor that you understand your market, or years building credibility in your industry. A book can carry that conversation much further.

It can sit on the desk of a prospective client, be handed to an investor, become a reference for your team, open a conversation at a conference, support a speaking opportunity, be shared with a potential partner, or simply remain as a permanent record of what you learned along the way.

A book doesn’t replace relationships. It gives those relationships something substantial to begin with.

Your Book Can Become More Than a Book

And the book doesn’t have to end when the manuscript is finished. One strong book can become the foundation for articles, LinkedIn posts, newsletters, podcast discussions, speaking topics, conference presentations, media interviews, webinars, founder stories, and sales and marketing content.

Instead of constantly asking, “What should I post this week?” you have an entire body of original intellectual material to draw from. Your book can become a central source of ideas that continues to generate content and conversations long after publication.

Your Story Shouldn’t Read Like a Corporate Biography

A great business book isn’t a 200-page résumé. It shouldn’t simply tell readers, “I started here. Then I did this. Then the company grew.” That’s a timeline, not a story.

A compelling business book takes the reader inside the decisions: Why did you take the risk? What happened when the strategy failed? What did you see that others didn’t? What did you learn when the numbers went the wrong way? What did success cost you personally? And what principles emerged from those experiences?

That is where your real story is.

I combine your experiences, ideas and business philosophy with narrative structure, research and storytelling to create a manuscript that is informative without becoming a corporate manual and personal without becoming a conventional autobiography. The goal is to create a book that not only tells your story, but gives the reader a reason to keep turning the pages.

You Don’t Need to Become a Writer

You already have a full-time job: running a company, building a team, meeting investors, managing clients and making important decisions every day. You don’t need another job called write a book. That’s where I come in.

I am Bhannu Arora, a professional ghostwriter, author and former banker. My role is not simply to write down what you tell me. I extract the story, identify the ideas, conduct the research, structure the book, develop the narrative and turn your knowledge into a finished manuscript.

Your expertise can come through brief conversations, Zoom calls, simple voice notes, or any existing written material you may have. You share your knowledge and ideas in whatever form is most convenient, and I take it from there.

Why Me?

I am an author, professional ghostwriter and former banker. This combination allows me to approach a business story from two perspectives: as a writer who understands narrative and as someone who has worked within the corporate and financial world.

Business stories are not simply about companies and numbers. They are about people, decisions, pressure, ambition, failure, money, risk, relationships and consequences.

I also understand that a serious business book requires more than good sentences. It requires research, structure, discipline, narrative thinking and an understanding of how business ideas actually work.

My objective is not to make you sound like a writer. It is to make your ideas impossible to ignore.

Research Is Where Your Expertise Meets Credibility

Your experience is the foundation of the book, but experience alone isn’t always enough. The strongest business books connect personal experience with industry context, research, market developments, examples, data and broader ideas.

That is why my process is highly research-driven. I don’t want your book to simply tell readers what you believe. I want it to show them why the idea matters.

Your experiences provide the human story, research provides the context, and storytelling brings the two together. The result is a book that feels authoritative, credible and genuinely worth reading.

Your Voice. Your Ideas. Your Name.

Ghostwriting should never turn a founder into a generic business author. Your book should sound like you: your way of thinking, your experiences, your philosophy, your observations and your lessons.

Through detailed conversations and ongoing feedback, I work to understand not only what you want to say, but how you think and speak. The objective is simple: when someone reads the finished book, they should feel that they are hearing you.

The Process Is Simple

We begin by talking. You share your experiences, ideas, failures, successes and philosophy, and together we identify the central idea, target reader, structure and purpose of the book.

I then conduct the relevant industry and market research, develop the structure and turn our conversations and research into a compelling manuscript. You review the work, provide feedback and we refine it until the manuscript reflects your voice and vision.

Once completed, your name is on the cover, your ideas are preserved, and your story reaches a much larger audience. I remain behind the scenes as your ghostwriter.

What Kind of Book Could You Write?

You may already have years of experience, hard-earned lessons and a unique way of looking at business, but you may not yet know what form that story should take. You don’t need to have a title, chapter outline or even a fully formed book idea before we begin. Through our conversations, we can uncover the ideas, experiences and insights that are worth building into a book.

Founder Memoir

Tell the real story behind building your company: the risks you took, the setbacks you faced, the turning points that changed your direction, and the lessons that shaped you as a founder and leader.

Business & Strategy

Turn your approach to building businesses, solving problems, making decisions and navigating markets into a practical book that gives readers ideas they can apply to their own ventures.

Industry Thought Leadership

Share your perspective on your industry, where it is heading and the ideas, changes and opportunities that will shape its future. The book positions your experience within a much larger conversation.

Leadership

Explore the principles and experiences that shaped the way you lead, build teams, handle pressure, make difficult decisions and create a culture that allows people and organizations to grow.

Personal Journey

Go beyond the professional résumé and tell the story behind the success: the sacrifices, failures, doubts, relationships and experiences that rarely appear in a company profile or LinkedIn biography.

A Combination of All of Them

The strongest books don’t always fit neatly into one category. Your book could combine your personal journey with business lessons, industry insights and a distinctive leadership philosophy, creating a story that is both personally engaging and professionally valuable.

You bring the experience. Together, we find the story. I turn it into the book.

Your Story Is Already There

Perhaps you’ve been thinking about writing a book for years. Perhaps people have told you, You should write a book. Perhaps you’ve accumulated enough experiences to fill several books, but never found the time to begin.

You don’t have to sit down and write 50,000 words. You don’t have to become an author overnight. You simply need to bring your experience, ideas and voice to the conversation.

I’ll take it from there.

Your experience built the business. Your ideas can build the book. Let’s turn both into a legacy.

FAQs

I work with you to extract your experiences, ideas, strategies and industry insights through conversations and existing material. I then handle the research, structure, writing and editing while you retain authorship of the book.

AI can be extremely useful for generating drafts, summaries and routine content. But a compelling business book requires something more: your lived experience, judgment, personal stories, emotions and the nuances behind the decisions you made.

My role is to draw those elements out through detailed conversations and turn them into a structured, researched and compelling narrative. AI can help with words; I help uncover the story behind them.

You don’t need to spend your time writing. We can develop the manuscript through brief Zoom calls, audio notes and any existing written material you have. You share the ideas; I handle the writing.

A great ghostwritten book should sound exactly like you on your best day. Instead of using generic templates, I study your natural speaking cadence, unique vocabulary, and leadership tone during our recorded sessions to ensure your authentic voice drives the narrative.

Not at all. You only need the raw experiences and ideas. I help identify the central theme, organize your thoughts and build the structure and narrative of the book.

Depending on the scope, research requirements and your availability for interviews and feedback, a manuscript can typically be developed in approximately two months. We will stay in regular communication throughout the process through Zoom calls, audio notes or other convenient formats, ensuring you remain involved in the key creative decisions without having to manage the writing process yourself.

Every project is different, depending on its scope, research requirements and length. After understanding your project, I provide a customized quote and payment schedule. If you would like to know the tentative cost for your project, simply email me with a few details about your book, and I will be happy to share an indicative quote.

You retain 100% of the intellectual property, publishing rights, and royalties. This includes full ownership of any future film adaptation rights. Your privacy is my top priority, and we will sign a strict Non-Disclosure Agreement before our first conversation to ensure your ideas remain completely protected.

Yes. While my core focus is writing a premium manuscript, I do not leave you to navigate the publishing process alone. For self-publishing or hybrid routes, I can connect you with a trusted network of professionals for cover design, formatting, and distribution to ensure your book crosses the finish line.

While I specialize in founder memoirs and business narratives, my deep background in narrative storytelling allows me to craft gripping, character-driven stories across genres, including thrillers, dramatic fiction, and thought leadership articles.
